So many folks have been talking about Red Lobster closing their doors and not being able to get their hands on their Cheddar Bay Biscuits. I have bought the mix from Sam’s Club a few times and it is so good.
The scratch baker in me was happy to see that the ingredients are right on the side of the box. So I decided to try to replicate it one day. After seeing the conversation yesterday on Twitter I decided to share my recipe. It is really easy.
One thing to note… you can use regular garlic powder but I found that fine garlic powder dissolves easiest and closely resembles the end product you get from Red Lobster. You can use Bisquick or the Baking Mix recipe here.
