Hey Yall!
It has been a while since I have written a blog post. Thank God for my Our Urban Eden family for holding down the blog and bringing such awesome features while I have been away. (Divinity rocks!!!) Many of you may be wondering why I have been missing in action…long story short I am having a baby!
My husband and I are overjoyed and super excited to be bringing a new life into the world. I didn’t blog the last few months and I don’t know if it was because I couldn’t find the time or if I just didn’t know what to say. I started this blog last year, only a few weeks after I miscarried. I needed an escape and something to focus on to bring me out of the deep depression I was in. I never would have thought that the storm I dealt with last year would prepare me for welcoming my Rainbow.
I am grateful to God to be carrying a healthy, very active little boy.
I can’t wait for him to show his face. (He didn’t cooperate on any of recent the sonogram pictures. )
Even though I am just sharing my news, I am entering my third trimester. We are expecting Master Malcolm Xavier Jones to arrive on September 9, 2015. If he is anything like his sister he will surprise us early. In the meantime, keep us in your prayers.
