Ms. Kennedy recently celebrated her 6th birthday! She was so excited leading up to the big day. She decided that she wanted her party to be themed after the movie Sing.
She wanted everyone to dress up as a character from the movie and do Karaoke. Needless to say she was channeling Ash and her Rock Star style. She asked me to make her a tutu skirt and she helped me design the t shirt with her name on it. Unfortunately I didn’t get a picture of the entire outfit, she took the leather jacket off as soon as she walked in the door, kicked off her shoes and immediately jumped into the moon bounce. I think she looked SEW CUTE!
Sewing update:
My husband got me a new sewing machine and serger for Valentine’s Day this year so I made some changes to my sewing and craft setup.
So with my new additions I am running out of room in the dining room where I took over. *sinks my head in shame* 
I am hoping I can get the basement setup as my work room for T-shirt design, sewing and jewelry making, and all around crafting. That will allow me get all of my stuff in one location instead of spread all around the house. Pray for us as we try to embark on this effort! 🙂
I was able to take advantage of Joann’s recent Butterick pattern sale. Hoping to be able to make a few pieces for when I go back to work. I was able to get some really cool lightweight sweater knit, jersey knit and crepe satin from Walmart that I think will go well with them.
