Belgian Waffles

Belgian Waffles


  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour (can substitute for whole wheat)
  • 1 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1 stick Salted Butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 4 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla


1. Preheat waffle iron.
2. In a large bowl beat eggs and melted butter together then add all other wet ingredients.
3. In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients.
4. Slowly mix the dry mixture into the wet. The resulting batter should be thick.
5. Pour mix onto waffle iron and cook until golden brown. (No additional oil is required)
